Harlem transformation complete. Both the living room and kitchen ceilings were fully demoed from old plaster; reframed; and finished with new drywall. In the living room we raised and leveled the ceiling and installed Phillip Jeffries white gloss lacquer wallpaper overhead for a clean; elevated look. New crown and base tied the space together.

We reworked two cased openings into classical arches to improve flow and character; added new trim in the entryway; and wrapped up with a crisp interior paint job throughout the home.

A smart accessibility upgrade without tearing the whole bathroom apart

For this project we cut out a section of the tub and installed a convertible tub-to-walk-in shower insert so it can still be used as a bathtub when needed. We also upgraded the shower body; added a folding seat; and installed a grab bar for a safer and more comfortable experience.

Practical; clean; and designed for flexibility.

This custom fireplace design features a marble inset and hearth framed by a white oak surround stained to perfection and seamlessly tied into white oak herringbone flooring. The fully customized built-in and wall paneling create a clean architectural line, while the entertainment system is wirelessly mounted for a sleek, modern finish with zero visual clutter.

Kicked off a new project in Merrick, Long Island for a returning client who just bought a new home.

We’re handling:
✔️ Extensive plaster and paint throughout
✔️ Removal of old window unit ACs with new framing, insulation, sheetrock, and vinyl siding
✔️ New subfloor and floating floor installation to match the rest of the home
