🎨 Interior Finishings that set the tone
🪵 Custom Millwork that makes every detail unforgettable

Amenity spaces add real value to a property when residents actually want to use them every day.

That doesn't happen by accident. It happens when every section of a room is designed with intention — when the finishes match the function and the energy of the space makes people want to stay a little longer.

A game room done right isn't just a selling point on a listing. It becomes part of how people experience the building they call home.

The spaces people pass through every day deserve just as much intention as the ones they show off.

A lobby is the first thing residents and visitors experience — and that first impression shapes how they feel about everything behind it. Bringing real greenery into that space isn't just an aesthetic choice. It's a statement about the standard of the building itself.

That's the thinking behind every detail Prime Interiors brings to a project.

The finished space always looks calm and intentional.

The day it took to get there? Whole different story. 😂

Early morning calls. Last minute material decisions. Coordination across multiple trades. Problems you didn't see coming and solutions you figured out on the spot.

That's what a real workday in interior finishing looks like at Prime Interiors. And honestly we wouldn't have it any other way because every one of those moments is what makes the final result worth it.

The spaces people walk through every day deserve just as much attention as the spaces they show off.

Hallways. Elevators. Mail rooms. These aren't afterthoughts at Prime Interiors. Every door surround, every wallpaper detail, every column wrap and custom cabinet is chosen and installed with the same care as any feature wall or luxury finish.

Because the way a building feels in the everyday moments is what residents actually remember.

Here's something most clients never think to ask — and most contractors never think to explain.

Not every material belongs in every space. Using the wrong one doesn't always show up on day one. It shows up two years later when something warps, swells, or loses its shape.

At Prime Interiors we walk every client through material selection before anything goes into production. Not because it's complicated but because it's the kind of decision that protects your investment long term.

The best builds aren't just beautiful on the outside. They're built right on the inside too.

Most custom builds get stuck in an endless loop of emails, revisions, and delayed decisions.

This family did it differently — and it made all the difference.

They came straight to our shop, reviewed the layout in detail, touched real material samples in person, and made every decision on the spot. From there, Prime Interiors got to work: a custom laundry section, hanging rods designed around their kids' specific needs, custom shelving throughout, and a countertop with upholstered seating on the island.

Everything built and manufactured in under a week. Installed in a single day.

This is what a streamlined, client-first process looks like when everyone is aligned from the start.

Picture this — soda, popcorn, and your favorite movie in this room.

The screen wall features floating shelving, custom wall panels, and built-in cabinets. But the detail that makes this theater room truly special is the custom fabric installed on every single wall — not just for aesthetics, but to create that warm, cozy feeling that makes you never want to leave.

This is what amenity spaces look like when every detail is thought through.

If your building has a gym, you should actually want to use it.

That starts with the finishes.

Wall panels, custom mirror trims, wood look ceiling wallpaper, and built-in shelving for equipment. And the coolest detail? This gym leads straight into the garden.

When the space feels this good, showing up is easy. 🏗️

Amenity spaces only add value when people actually want to use them.

On this lounge project, Prime Interiors fabricated custom benches designed for comfort and social interaction, installed a custom built glass door for private booth access, and finished the space with custom dental crown molding throughout.

The result is a space that feels intentional — one that gives residents a real reason to step outside their unit and connect with their community.

The best lobbies don't announce themselves — they just make you feel something the moment you walk in.

On this project, Prime Interiors worked with stone, wood, and warm bronze accents — not as separate elements, but as one cohesive design language. The transitions between every material went through multiple rounds of coordination with fabricators to make sure nothing felt abrupt or out of place. Even the lighting had to be pre-planned into the channels between materials before installation began.

That level of intention is what separates a lobby that looks good from one that actually feels welcoming.
