Ok everyone, if you see Jon Mettille today, wish him a Happy 10 Year Anniversary! That's right, today we are proud to celebrate Jon Mettille on his 10-year anniversary with SouthernCAT and officially announce his promotion to Sr. Large Loss Project Manager.

Ten years ago, Jon walked through our doors with zero experience in the restoration industry, starting at the technician level carrying equipment and learning the trade from the ground up. Through hard work, commitment, and a relentless desire to improve, Jon has grown into one of SouthernCAT’s top Project Managers and a leader our team depends on every day.

Over the years, Jon has continued investing in himself and his craft — earning his IICRC Triple Master designation, mold remediator licenses in both Florida and Texas, along with numerous additional certifications and continuing education achievements. His industry knowledge, attention to detail, and ability to lead projects the right way have made a tremendous impact on both our company and our clients.

But what stands out most about Jon isn’t just his accomplishments — it’s who he is as a person. Jon genuinely cares about SouthernCAT, our clients, and the people around him. He has a servant’s heart, leads by example, and is always willing to help others succeed. His attitude, leadership, and consistency embody the core values of SouthernCAT every single day.

It has been a pleasure watching Jon grow into the leader he is today, and I’m excited to see what the future holds for him in this new role.

The Response 2026 kicks off June 10th with a Topgolf evening, a deep sea fishing trip on the 11th, and the Disco Inferno taking over in the evening, and a full-day conference on the 12th. Three days. Panama City Beach. The people in this industry who are actually doing the work.
