Check out our latest completed project for NYC Health + Hospitals at Queens Hospital. This project involved a comprehensive office renovation designed to enhance functionality and create a modern, welcoming space for staff and visitors.

Check out the progress at the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) Todt Hill Houses!

On October 5, 2024, CMG opened our Model Apartment. This unit showcases the upcoming renovations, including updated kitchens and bathrooms, new windows, appliances, cabinetry, and a modernized, open layout designed to increase natural light. This effort aims to enhance living conditions for Todt Hill residents with the support of design-build collaborators.

Sweet Group recently completed another successful “Night at the Museum” project within the Hall of Ocean Life at the American Museum of Natural History! This project involved a comprehensive interior renovation, including the full refurbishment of the museum’s bathroom facilities.

Battery Park Constructors LLC (BPC), a joint venture between SLSCO, Sweet Group and C.A.C, was recently awarded a contract with the Battery Park City Authority (BPCA) for resiliency flood wall work on the West Side of lower Manhattan.
Battery Park City sustained millions of dollars of damage in 2012 as Hurricane Sandy’s storm surge poured water in from West Street onto Battery Park City’s eastern boundary. Through its South Battery Park City Coastal Resiliency Project, the BPCA works to protect Battery Park City and the Lower Manhattan coast from storm surges and sea level rise.
The project will protect the park and the adjacent community from severe and frequent storms and will create an integrated coastal flood risk management system from the Museum of Jewish Heritage, through Wagner Park, across Pier A Plaza, and along the northern border of Historic Battery Park City.
BPC is thrilled to start this important work to make New York City more resilient!

Sweet Group lead the successful completion of an interior renovation project for Korea Development Bank’s US Headquarters on Park Avenue.
This multi-floor space fit-out included implementing cutting-edge security and IT systems tailored to meet the requirements of a leading banking institution and included the installation of redundant MEP support systems to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Sweet Group is excited to have completed Queens Public Library Mitchell Linden Technology Annex expansion.

The project included the enlargement of the reading area and connection of two smaller spaces into one. The project also included new furnishings, shelving, millwork, signage, data cables, computers, ADA compliant restrooms, fire alarm system, plumbing, and electrical work.

The completion of the library’s upgrades will improve the user experience for visitors. Upgrades to the community meeting spaces will further allow for an improvement of the library’s customer services and programs.
