315 Greenwich Street | Historic Character. Modern Performance.

A comprehensive window replacement project in Tribeca, featuring Marvin Ultimate G2 wood windows at the side elevations and aluminum-clad wood windows at the rear.

From architectural detailing, shop drawings, structural engineering, and LPC filings to product procurement, custom finishes, casing fabrication, and final installation, Kenemax managed the project from design through completion.

Every detail was considered to respect the building’s historic character while delivering modern performance and long-term serviceability.

Same Bronx corner. Nearly a century apart.

From the Willis Theatre to the Casino Theatre, this Mott Haven building has been part of the neighborhood’s story since 1923.

When Kenemax took on the window replacement, the existing windows were severely deteriorated-broken and missing glass, missing parts, and entire sashes gone.

Working with Hearth Property Management, we replaced every window in the building, helping prepare the space for Harlem Furniture. From the long rows of windows to the distinctive central arch, the transformation is one we’re proud to have been part of.

Project complete: 130 West 86th Street, Upper West Side.

Another Manhattan co-op finished, one apartment at a time. Thank you to Norwax Associates for the trust and the coordination from day one, and to the board and shareholders who opened their homes to us.

Great projects get built by great teams. Proud of everyone who put in the work on this one, from the office to the sidewalk shed.
