Steering wheel won’t return to center after I make turns

Hello everyone, so my truck (05 Chevy Colorado 5speed with 250k miles) was hit on the driver side wheel while parked by some guy on a motorcycle. The guy bailed but I got it on camera. Anyway, when I tried to drive it after the hit the steering wheel was upside down when the tires were straight. Then I’m motion the steering wheel would just spin and wobble side to side. I took it to a shop and was told the rack and pinion was damaged so I had it replaced. When I got the truck back I took it to get alignment but noticed after the alignment that when I turn to either direction the steering wheel won’t come back to center. After turns I have to manually bring it back to center it’s worse after turning right than left. I took it back to the mechanic and he told me to wait a couple days to break in the rack and pinion but that was a red flag to me because I’ve never heard of a break in period for a steering rack? I might be wrong but I will be taking the truck back to him tomorrow. Just looking for advice here on what the problem might be and how he could have missed it as I have no clue how to fix or diagnose vehicles the only things I know are how to change breaks and do oil changes lol. Here’s some images of the rack and pinion he installed. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

I’ve cleaned the carb several times, leaving it spotless. The needle is a little rough on the edge, not a fine point, but it was so small I didn’t think to consider it a problem.
Could this be why it won’t run for more than 15 seconds?

Ball joint broke while car was parked… what is the play here? 2001 Lincoln Town Car, 4.6 V8
So… my quite rusty 01 Town Car just had this happen. It had been making a loud creaking noise for a while when making tight turns but I hadn’t done much about it.
Today I went out to Auto Zone looking to get some silicon spray to try and l**e things up and when I parked I hear a bang and the car dropped to the ground. Obviously this has broken but what is a fair price to replace this?
I don’t have much experience working on cars so I’m not sure I could fix it myself… although I realize doing so would be the economical option.
What would you do next? I got the car for free but it’s turning into a money pit 🤔💬🚗⚙️🛠️

Snowblower wheels not spinning
White Outdoor blower. When you pull the drive handle the wheels barely spin. They don’t spin at all on lower speeds and on highest setting it’s slower than speed 1. 3 teeth on this sprocket are broken (marked by yellow marker). Would this be what’s causing this?? Or could it be the friction wheel? Any help is greatly appreciated.
