Engineered hardwood over ½” acoustic underlayment — the layer that determines how quiet your home really feels.

Most luxury coops require an IIC rating of 55–60 for approval. We aim for 65+, where impact noise all but disappears.

It’s the detail nobody sees, but everyone feels.

The drawings behind the build- concept to reality

Every dimension, outlet, and hidden mechanism mapped out to the inch. This is the bid set behind a custom guest suite — Murphy bed, integrated millwork, and adjustable shelving, all planned before a single panel is cut.

Concealed behind a floor-to-ceiling fluted wood wall: the laundry room. We believe every space deserves intention — even the ones meant to disappear. Integrated LED reveals, a graphic tile floor, and custom millwork turn a utility room into a considered moment.

Swipe to see how this multi-functional space went from concept to reality — designed in 3D, then built to spec. Custom millwork, integrated lighting, and a Murphy bed that disappears completely into the cabinetry. The details are everything.

Converting a bathroom into a kitchen is more complex than most people think. Charles and Davis break down what homeowners need to know before starting a renovation like this — plumbing proximity and sizing, return air, and gas line access. Since a bathroom doesn’t have gas, getting it into a new kitchen space requires planning well before demo day. These are the conversations that need to happen early, before decisions get made that are hard to undo.

The details nobody notices are the ones that matter most. The tile alignment. The fixture placement. The way every material sits next to the next. But getting there takes precision. A team that understands the difference between a finish that looks good in a photo and one that holds up for decades in a New York City apartment.

Wallpaper is an afterthought for most. It shouldn’t be.

Achieving a seamless, nearly invisible transition where the wall meets the paper, ensuring surfaces are properly skim coated and prepared, understanding how lighting will interact with seams and texture — all of it directly impacts how wallpaper installs and ultimately how it looks and feels once complete.

The difference between an architectural grade finish and something that feels like an afterthought is usually determined long before the wallpaper goes up. It starts with the conversations, planning, wall preparation, and coordination at the beginning of the project.

Our team breaks those details down early so clients do not have to learn them the hard way.

High-gloss white. Natural wood grain. Geometric marble underfoot. The contrast was intentional — so was everything else.
Every kitchen we touch, regardless of size, gets the same level of precision.
