Established in the early 70s, Plant Specialists is a talented team of landscape architects, designers and horticulturists. We consult, design, install and maintain indoor and outdoor gardens throughout the tri-state area. We have experience with unique locations and the development of intricate design solutions. From the initial consultation and site visit, to the design presentation and installat

ion, we develop and maintain a strong working relationship with our clients. As a result, garden designs suit the existing conditions of any location as well as creatively addressing the specific needs of each client. So this is what 1000 pots of Zinnia and Sunflowers look like planted in 16 tree pits in Manhattan by The Plant Specialists team. I don’t know about you but I find something really special in someone planting tree pits in a public space that is for the enjoyment of everyone ( so if you are the person stealing the sunflowers ….
