Nestled in the heart of the historic DUMBO neighborhood in Brooklyn, New York sits this innovative 11 story commercial building that ushers in a new era of architecture. This was the first ground up development in DUMBO in over 100 years, and it was critical that the design, including the roof terrace when gazed upon from street level and the surrounding rooftops, complimented the neighboring buildings and met the approval of the Landmarks Preservation Commission.
