Retractable partitions make it easy to divide the space for multiple meetings or gatherings, while movable furniture adds to the flexibility. Tying it all together, the exposed wood ceilings and sleek concrete floors add warmth and industrial character to the versatile space.

Kahn Architecture designed and developed 13,000 SF of pre-built suites at the iconic New York Life building at 51 Madison Avenue. The new layout wraps around a central core featuring updated corridors, elevator lobby, and restrooms, paired with glass-front offices, reception/pantry zones, modern conference rooms, and collaborative breakout areas. With clean finishes, enhanced acoustics, and thoughtfully selected furniture, these suites were designed to elevate the workday experience.
