Did you know that the NEC (National Electrical Code) requires a disconnect within 50ft of your Gas Furnace? Most of us have a switch located on or above our furnace. To meet code this could be a cord and plug style of disconnect. This means we could remove your old switch and add a cord and outlet for your furnace which still meets Code. The advantage of doing this would be if there was a power outage you could simply unplug your Gas Furnace and plug it into a cord ran to your generator. A small generator 1600 watt or larger could power a blower in a Gas Furnace. Let me know if you want this installed before the next outage.

We took a visit to a veterinarians home and now their barn has some horsepower!🤣💡🐴

We installed new outlets and lights. We used metal clade cable to protect against damage and animals.

Join us in celebrating one full year of business 🎉. Lanning Electric LLC has been in business for awhile but we are celebrating our 1st full year of being completely self-employed.

We are thanking God for this journey and everyone that has supported us as we took this leap of faith, last October!

Another new build awaits! Getting the temporary power ready for the framers to begin work.

A returning customer had added a new barn to his property. He asked if we could install recepatcles, lights and a subpanel. We trenched over 190' to provide power from their existing home. The inside of the barn was for general use purposes so we placed several outlets as requested. The lighting was general fixtures with replacement bulbs.

Another condominium with exterior lighting issues. The existing fixture was rusted, broken and no longer worked. We replaced the fixture with a new three lamp fixture. The new fixture works perfectly with the existing post and photocell.

Recent work at The Condominium at NorthPointe. Their sign and beautiful landscaping could not be seen at night with their older flood lights. We replaced the old floods and post with new LED RAB fixtures. They now have 1600 lumens at only 18 watts per light fixture. These new lights will help guests find the location while showing off their flowers.
