Rivers generated more than $6 million dollars in revenue for these firms.Washington Bay insures fiscal responsibility and quality control within its operations by maintaining a full back office staff which includes a Finance and Accounting Manager, a Quality Assurance Manager, and Development Project Manager. Additionally, the company employs 25 highly skilled tradesman with the experience to get the job done from single family to multifamily structures to re- development and mixed use projects. Since its’ inception as independent contractor in 2013, the company has generated over $2M in revenue and has a growing pipeline of projects valued at more than $20 Million.
