From liquor store to medical clinic.

We recently completed the transformation of an existing 2,500 SF commercial building in Powderly, Kentucky into a new Kentucky Skin Cancer Center location.

The renovation completely reimagined the exterior and interior to create a bright, modern healthcare environment.

FLASH FORWARD FRIDAY! Exciting progress on the Franklin Lofts in Evansville, Indiana. Framing has commenced on the 58-unit adaptive, re-use project. Most of the existing, historic timber framing and exterior brick walls will remain exposed in the apartments and common spaces. Opening in 2027.

Beatrice DiRienzo joined our firm as Graduate Architect. She graduated from Ball State University and interned with us over the summer of 2021.

Ava Gibson is our summer intern and is a student at Auburn University.

Bryce Wittman is our semester-long intern, starting with us in January. He's entering his Thesis year at Ball State University.
