Roofing project ! This roof has been rotting away for 20 some odd years now. Soffit and fascia we're in really bad shape also.This project was very exciting pushing us to the limits and using our skills and knowledge to make it structurally sound. Repaired and replaced rotted rafters, jacked up walls to replaced bottom 2×6 wall plates, removed and replaced entire roof and framed in new soffit and fascia. Keep an eye out for the completion photos very soon.
