We’re thrilled to share our progress as our project evolves from conceptual renderings into a fully detailed structural steel model. This stage marks a critical step in turning the architectural vision into a buildable reality.

🔩 Structural Steel Model Complete
Our engineering and design teams have finalized the structural framework, ensuring integrity, efficiency, and constructability. The model allows us to coordinate closely with our fabricators and sub contractors, reducing on-site conflicts and keeping us ahead of schedule.

🏗️ Next Steps:

Continue detailing and submissions of shop drawings.
Fabrication kick-off
Continue coordination with MEP and facade teams
This milestone is a testament to the seamless collaboration between architects, structural engineers, and the construction teams.
