The Crew Leader is an experienced landscaper working with minimal supervision. The position works as a member of the team and directs the activities of crew members at a job site. This has the potential to be a year-round position with winter shop and snow work.

Requirements:
1+ year of experience in general landscape maintenance
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to our shop in Newburyport, MA.
Be committed to quality
Must be physically able to do the work required (able to lift over 50lbs, able to work in harsh weather conditions).
Must be dependable and punctual.
