So incredibly proud of our team today.
After last night’s crazy storm event, our team answered the call today, both literally and figuratively, by performing DOZENS of inspections, with even more already scheduled for Monday. We intentionally left room in the schedule out of respect for all the amazing mothers celebrating their special day this weekend.
A strong company isn’t built on the backs of the people who work there. It’s built by locking arms with them, encouraging them, supporting them, and helping them become the best versions of themselves. At Six Pillars Roofing, we love seeing our people shine — and even more importantly, we love seeing them shine while helping others navigate stressful situations with honesty, care, and professionalism.
Easton is an incredible leader and team player. He’s selfless, dependable, and genuinely wants those around him to succeed — probably even more than he wants success for himself.
Erika is the kind of fierce competitor any father would be proud to have as a daughter, while also being truly salt-of-the-earth. She leads with grit, heart, and authenticity.
Nich is the charismatic, no-nonsense team member every company needs. He brings an energy and spark that elevates everyone around him while constantly encouraging others to push forward and succeed.
And then there’s Cody — we love Cody. He’s kind of like that grandpa you don’t want to start talking… until he does, because the stories are always worth hearing. He leads by example, challenges everyone to be their best (whether they like it or not), and would give you the shirt off his back at a moment’s notice.
We may be a small company, but the positivity of our culture is HUGE. Years ago, we set out to be different, to challenge the status quo of contractors in this state and across this industry as a whole. We still have a lot of ground to cover, but we’ve got plenty of time and the right people beside us to do it.
