I never write reviews, but this company deserves one. As a retired owner of a Golf Course Irrigation construction company, I know the difficulty of hiring, training and retaining employees who are dedicated to their work and the final product. Nancy from Carolyn Pools employs a devoted staff of professionals who take pride in their work and the final product.
We had our inground pool liner replaced this past year. The walls were constructed of fiberglass, so they were in great shape. The vermiculite bottom had to be totally replaced. The logical, timely and professional manner in which this floor was re-done was like a pastry chef decorating a cake. WOW!
The liner went in like a glove fits a hand, without one wrinkle. I might add that we have a safety ledge along the bottom which made this no wrinkle installation that much more amazing.
Nancy was a great communicator who guided us through each step professionally. We couldn’t be more pleased with the straightforwardness of Nancy throughout this project.
I highly recommend Nancy and her crew at Carolyn Pools!!
