We are looking for a skilled and passionate part-time Laborer/Handyman to join our team. If you're a hardworking individual who loves tackling challenges and is dedicated to delivering high-quality work, then we want you!

Salary: $12-$15/hour (depending on experience)

Job Type: Part-Time (20-30 hours per week) Very High Potential for Full Time Work

Responsibilities:
- Perform various tasks related to property maintenance, construction, and renovation
- Assisting in painting, drywall, and other general carpentry work
- Assist in construction projects by carrying materials and tools
- Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure project timelines are met
- Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Operate manual and power tools to complete tasks
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Laborer or Handyman
- Knowledge of painting, drywall, and other general carpentry work, electrical, plumbing, landscaping and mechanical systems
- Must be a team player with a strong work ethic
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team setting
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
