Tight closet retrofit with a Noritz NRCR111 and Halo 5 filtration. Had to build it for service. Full isolation, labeled runs, clean vent routing, and enough room to actually work on it later. Closet jobs don’t give you forgiveness, so layout matters more than anything. Compact, efficient, and easy to maintain — exactly how it should leave.

Left → right: 0 CFH / 3 CFH/ 6 CFH

Look at the oxidation buildup and internal scale. That junk doesn’t just stay pretty in a cutaway — it ends up in the system, oil, TXVs, compressors… and service calls.

A snapshot of my projects from the past year - I've gained invaluable experience and tackled new challenges. Designing and installing a 15-unit cascading tankless system was a major accomplishment. Now, I'm eager to see what and have in store - I have a feeling this year will be unforgettable.
