Hendy was engaged by Alliance Residential to bring Broadstone Mission Valley to life - a 497-unit community in San Diego designed around the Spanish colonial and Mexican folkloric heritage of Mission Valley. From the hand-painted arrival archway to a speakeasy cantina with a secret door, every space was designed to feel like it has always belonged there.

Brisa joins us as a Job Captain bringing 5 years of architectural design experience across multi-disciplinary commercial projects.

Norco is an equestrian city with a deep sense of place and character. When The Previti Group brought a new multifamily community here, the design had to authentically earn its place, not just look good.

Hendy paid homage to the city’s rich history with plaid tile, cowhide, farmhouse flooring, horse imagery, cowbell-inspired lighting, and a mural by artist Chris Trisman honoring the historic and beloved Norconian.

This community is built from Norco's history, not just near it.
