Riot Platforms came to Hendy mid-shift: moving their team from hybrid to full-time in-office. The brief wasn’t just a new workspace. It was a reason to show up.

Private focus areas, open collaboration zones, a podcast media room, conference lounge, and a breakroom built for hospitality and connection. Every detail designed to earn the commute.

From hybrid to full-time in office - Riot Platforms needed a headquarters that could make the case for being in the office every day.

5,900 sq. ft. of warm woods, premium finishes, and spaces designed for every kind of work: a podcast media room, private meeting areas, open collaboration zones, and a breakroom with a central island that brings the whole team together.

This is what it looks like when a space earns its place in people's lives.
