Shout out to our "Three-peat client"! THANK YOU for allowing us to be a part of all your major renovations to date!
This client had a vision for a "different space" in the lower level. With our collaborative effort, we maximized every inch!

Demoed the entire lower level down to the foundation and concrete floors... moved the bathroom to the other side of the space, cut the floor to move plumbing, cut the foundation to add the egress window, all new framing, mechanicals, and finishes.
