Responsibilities
Framing, siding, finish carpentry, concrete work, and general residential construction.

Qualifications
Residential construction experience preferred. Must be reliable with a valid driver’s license and able to work outdoors.

Instructions were given to my youngest son Landon in the most Dad type way. I said, “I don’t care what it takes, how it happens, just give me a straight 4’ tall retaining wall. Don’t bug me with details. Just let me know when it’s done. If it’s wrong, we will do it again”.

He hauled and ran his own equipment, compacted and placed his rock, followed with a beautiful stack.
My favorite subcontractor. Now I’m just waiting on his invoice:)
