One of the realities of being owned and primarily operated by first responders is that on days like today, during severe weather, flooding, fires, natural disasters, and emergencies our community’s safety will always come first to us and we will likely be out there every single time.
Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone affected by this morning’s storms and flooding throughout the Parrottsville and Bybee areas. We know today has been incredibly difficult for many families, and we’re thankful for all of the first responders, road crews, utility workers, and volunteers that were out working to keep people safe.
That being said, no work was completed today due to emergency response obligations and being unavailable throughout the day. We sincerely apologize for any missed openings, cleanings, maintenance calls, or scheduled services that were supposed to take place today. We were already running a bit behind due to the nonstop rain over the past couple weeks, so this unfortunately puts us even further behind as we play catch-up over the next several days.
We appreciate your patience, understanding, and support while we work hard to get everyone taken care of as quickly as possible. We see you, we haven’t forgotten about you, and we’ll be hustling to get caught back up 💙
