Ron responded to numerous emergency calls over the weekend. One particular customer required assistance at 11pm. Upon investigation, Ron discovered her pipes contained massive amount cigarette butts. We remind our customers to only flush toilet paper and human waste down the toilet to avoid unnecessary service calls. Our crew successfully completed a service call to clear a sink line clogged with substantial grease and buildup, utilizing jetting at the customer's request. We always try our absolute best to keep the area as clean as possible and leave the area clean when completed.
