It’s been a busy month for our crew.

Our team replaced 3 sludge grinders last week. The job included removal of the 3 old grinders and concrete pedestals from the basement, epoxying in new stainless steel mounting bolts, installing the new grinders and pouring new equipment pedestals.

Dan and Will got the next project started today. This pillow block bearing mount decided it had enough. The guys pulled the rotor from the oxidation ditch and removed the broken mounting plate. We will fabricate a new one in our shop and return to install it along with a couple new bearings.

Our customer liked the pump we installed for them back in March so much that they had us back to install another one this week.
