Help wanted - Experienced Electrician

E.W. Electric is currently looking for a permanent full-time, experienced, licensed electrician for work in the residential and commercial electrical field. Candidates should have an up to date state of Maine electrical license, experience in residential and commercial wiring, be self motivated, be able to work alone, and have a valid driver's license. Any additional experience in audio/visual installations, networking, etc. is a plus but not a requirement. This full-time position is 40+ hours per week, mostly Monday through Fridays. Rate of pay is negotiable based on experience level. As a full-time employee you will be eligible for partial company paid health insurance rates, paid vacations, and a company matched retirement account.

Help wanted- Office manager

E.W. Electric, Inc. is looking for an office manager to take charge of the day-to-day tasks at our office in Newry, Maine. This is a part time 20-30 hour per week position with a flexible schedule that could work around children’s school schedules if desired. The office manager duties would include:

-Day to day general office organization
-Phone reception
-Data entry
-Accounts payable
-Accounts receivable
-New hire paperwork and keeping employee files up to date
-Payroll
-Ect

A qualified applicant would be self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to work unsupervised, proficient with computers and programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel, ect. Experience with Quickbooks software would be beneficial, but we could train the right individual.

The rate of pay would be negotiable depending on experience but would range from $15-19 per hour.

Any additional experience in audio visual installations, surveillance, networking, etc. is a plus but not a requirement. This full-time position is 40+ hours per week, mostly Monday through Fridays and pay will be negotiated based on experience level.
