❄️ 4-Zone Mitsubishi Heat Pump — No Cooling Call

Customer reported the system would start up, run for about 5–10 minutes, then shut down with no cooling.

After diagnosing the system, we found it completely empty of refrigerant. We located the leak, made the necessary repair, and are now pulling a deep vacuum before weighing in the proper refrigerant charge.

On multi-zone Mitsubishi systems, getting the refrigerant circuit right is critical — especially with a branch box feeding four indoor units.

Funny how life comes full circle.

The van on the left belongs to Paul’s Service — the company where I learned a lot of the fundamentals of this trade years ago. The van on the right is Valenzi Heating & Cooling, built from the ground up with hard work, long days, and plenty of lessons along the way.

Grateful for the people who gave me opportunities, taught me the ropes, and helped shape the contractor I am today. Respect to Paul and everyone who helped me get started.
