Thank you Taylor Kerner! We recently completed the insulation at his commercial space that used to be the Marshall Brothers building in Newton. He is doing a total renovation of the building, and our part included damp spray cellulose in the exterior walls and blown-in cellulose in the attic space. It is great to see this old building being given a new life. Thanks again Taylor, and good luck with the rest of the project!

Are you planning to build a new shed or workshop? This is a great alternative to spray foam insulation for a stick built structure with 2 foot centers. It is mesh attached to the studs then injected with blown-in cellulose insulation. This method provides a higher R-value, and is less expensive than spray foam. Spray foam insulation is great, but we wanted to show another option that we offer. Call us at 618-771-7516 to go over the options available for your building.

Thank you to everyone who went on the Witches Walk! We were going to donate $5 to the Jasper County Cancer Support for each witch, but we decided to give a little more. They are such a great group that provides much needed services to those who are going through cancer treatments in Jasper County. Thanks again to the Jasper County Chamber of Commerce for another great event!

Math time! 1,171 rocks x $2 per rock= $1,171 each to Blessings In A Backpack and the Jasper County Ministerial Association. We are so happy and proud to have written these checks to these wonderful organizations that provide much needed services to Jasper County. Thank you to everyone who painted rocks for Mr. Slithers, and congratulations to the Jasper County Chamber of Commerce on another great project!

One last weekend with Mr. Slithers!
If you have rocks to add please bring them up this weekend and be sure to stop by and paint a rock at our rock painting station 2-4pm Saturday at the Jasper County Fall Festival

The final count will take place on Monday (9/14) at noon. Right after that you're welcome to come and get any rocks you have added that you want to keep for your own.

Rocks remaining on 9/23 will be removed and rehomed.

Mr. Slithers will be back so if you're looking for a fun indoor activity over the winter months, start painting rocks to add!

Once again, the Jasper County Chamber of Commerce has created a great project for our community - Mr. Slithers! We have been inspired by the response to Mr. Slithers, and we want to see him grow. We are going to donate $2 for every rock, with the proceeds to be split between the Jasper County Ministerial Association and Blessings In A Backpack. The rock count will be on September 16th. We can't wait to see how big he gets!
