Pool bond testing replacement ladders.
We asked they call us before they cemented in the new deck cups. They didn't and their connection weren't good. So we removed the concrete and made good connections and cemented it back.
Another pool ready to open for the summer.

Emergency repair of a power feeder - 480 volts 3 phase. Pulled out the damaged wires. Traced and located the pipe in the ground, and located where the pipe was broken. Had the pipe uncovered and repaired 2 breaks. Cleaned out the pipe and pulled in the pull rope. Replaced 4 x 450 foot of 4/0 copper wire, 1400+ pounds.

This fire started because the service cable outer jacket was old and cracked. The utility company cut the power at the pole. If your cable is in bad shape don't wait till this happens. Service upgrade done in one day.

Temporary power for a utility power outage for 7 hours. A 1-megawatt generator for a 135 room hotel, with 2 - 2000 amp switch gear. Three hours to prepare the connections, power only off for 45 minutes to connect, and 20 minutes off to remove. A long night's work.
