Moving along on our screen room addition. The devil is always in the details. The original builder did not want to tackle this screen porch and after looking at some of his details it is obvious he was struggling a little bit. We do our best to maintain a level of craftsmanship not always seen in todays world. If you are looking for someone to build you an outdoor space away from the bugs or for your next deck project please give us a call or send us a message.

We have been slack on posting updates lately. We started a new project a couple weeks ago.l that the previous builder was unable to handle; the roof and screen porch. We were asked to step in and bridge that gap between deck and screen porch and were happy to help. With over 50 combined years in the construction industry we are well versed in remodeling to new construction. Being well versed in up to date building codes and construction practices allows us to help owners add to their house in a manner that adds to their home’s value instead of detracting from it. Now that our “rough in” inspection has passed we can move on to adding the finishing touches. Contact us today and let us know how we can help you with your next project.

Beware of “The Cheapest Bid” as not all decks are created equal and not all contractors know how to disclose all costs up front. Your deck is an investment in your future and should he constructed as such.
