This was my favorite project this month! Our lovely client had a drainage issue. Runoff was coming from the neighbor’s house for years, eroding the grassy side yard and causing loss of soil in the front yard. 2.5 tons of soil later, 1 pallet of sod, building a small rivet of crushed stone and river rocks, and job was complete. ✅
