Came across this today, many times builders or remodelers will drop the bathroom vent exhaust into a vented soffit thinking that is good enough. This one terminated at the opening of the proper vent and the vaper went straight up into the rafter bay. These vents need to be exhausted through the roof and preferably with insulated vent hose.

A great custom tile bathroom remodeling project in Mystic to start of the year. Here I worked with Jan Blonder of Design Essence in Old Saybrook. Jan designed the layout, chose and supplied all the tile, the cabinets, the lighting, paint and color. We worked with Salem Stone to make and install the counter tops, shower bench and wall caps. Working together with John Scorupski Nesc for electrical, Tile America and MJ Martin Woodworking LLC for the cabinets, and Ruby Glass for the custom shower door. We used Moen wide spread faucets for the sinks and shower. I installed a pocket door to add space to the room This was a great project to start the year off.

Mystic bathroom summer 2018 with excellent work from JohnSkorupskiNesc installed new 200 amp service and all the bathroom electrical work, Q's Plumbing and Heating LLC. Not only installed the plumbing for the bathroom but also removed the old boiler, installed new furnace, mini split heat and ac units. Brenda Pawlak Off the wall Painting painted the entire interior FW Webb supplied the fixtures, Design by Steve Hilgar. Wood floor sand and finish by Vickie Cockerham of Eastern Ct floors. I can not find the before photos but the bathroom did not exist prior to us coming in.
