If your unit is struggling this week, don’t worry, everyone pretty much is. With the heat index almost at 100° your unit will be running non stop. Try to work with it. If it is not reaching 72 it’s not going to reach 65 either. So try turning it up a bit instead of making it work harder. Changing your filter can help your unit breathe easier too. Hey there! Please share this so it doesn't happen to another customer! It has come to our attention that there are people at other HVAC businesses in town that have said they are affiliated with us. This is 100% not true. If you call the office or email us and it is not J that answers, you know it is not us. Also if it is not a lettered Stewart truck or van it is not us. This customer emailed us and had a response from a gentleman with a thick accent. Please do not be scammed or lead to believe that we are associated with any other company. We do not have a call center or AI answering our phones. When you call us, you speak to a live person who knows our coworkers and our customers. We will never sell out to a big box company 😎

Given the heat index of 97°, it's hard for your air conditioning unit to be able to cool your home to the lower 70s. A commonly accepted guideline is to maintain a temperature difference of 20° between indoors and outdoors. It's crucial to work with your air conditioner, rather than working against it. Reaching an indoor temperature of 68° during the peak heat of the day is unlikely. To preserve a cooler space, we advise to keep your blinds and shades shut throughout the day. 50 years ago Kendal Stewart had a plan to start a HVAC company. He worked hard, day and night to establish clientele and get customers to trust him with their home and comfort. He must have done something right because 50 years later customers still talk about him coming to their house. We are so grateful for each customer that has stuck with us and are trying us out for the first time. We started with one generation and are now servicing their kids and grand kids. Word of mouth has always been our top advertisement. So thank you, to each and every customer and coworker we have, this company would not have survived without you. Cheers to the next 50 years!
