Amd here is the beautiful transformation. Scraped the ugly popcorn off the ceiling and did a tree bark texture with a knockdown. And all the walls with paneling, we installed brand new sheet rock and did a medium orange peel texture. New paint throughout the unit. Brand new vinyl plank in the entire house. New electrical, switches, plug-ins, gfis, switches, and smoke detectors (hard wired), basically brought this dinosaur up to date on code. New ceiling fans, and all new light fixtures. And im saving the best for last. 1985 called. They want their green bathtub back!

Here is a look at our newest flooring job. 2000 sq ft down, another 1200 upstairs to go. This is a vinyl plank in a herringbone pattern. Its crazy the products they are coming out with. Every year the flooring products are getting better and better!
