Hello
I retired a few months ago for medical reasons. Sold the Commercial side doing Government Contracting to Mike the service manger for years .
I would sell off Service as he would be out of town most of the time and finding and trusting help remotely is impossible.

First sale of service was to a local Co.
And before closing the bank had called and said that the Co. Buying failed to provide truthful information on the loan .
( information pertaining to a past divorce) so they would not provide the financial backing .

Second was a gentleman that strung out telling me give him a few months so he could get his finance together. Never happened !
But I could give him the work and he would pay me to answer the phone !
No you will not use my license and insurance to run your AKA side business or what ever scam your pulling
and as to date I still have not received his information needed for taxs.
Today a old customer come by the house and ask for help as the first co. They called never showed up ,
the second call was answered by a gentleman advertising on Facebook.
His response was he was playing golf and would fit them in after he finished .

I have never closed the LLC or canceled my insurance.
So I told Mrs C. I would come by early morning health permitting.
I can not believe what the service industry has become.

Sorry folkes there are two choices sell the service side to a company that wants the customer list ,as construction was boutght by Mike .the ALL Phase Name and
Phone number . Or just close .
The other offer could not get financing.
No idea on that one because I get loan offers every day .

ALL Phase Electric first put under cabinet lighting in for this family 8 years ago.
That property was at Kenneling City. This time they built a new home at Stockton because of less traffic. Once more we were asked to install cabinet lighting as the builder put in a cheap system.
