Friendly Reminder from 2nd Shift Garage Doors 🚪
First and foremost, THANK YOU. Your business and referrals mean more to us than you'll ever know, and we're incredibly grateful for the trust you place in our family-owned business.
As we've grown, we want to make sure every call, referral, quote request, and service need is handled as quickly as possible. While owners Mac and Michael are still in the field every day installing and servicing garage doors, we ask that you use our office line at 317-565-7284 for scheduling appointments, requesting service, and sending referrals.
To be clear, Mac and Michael are never out of reach if you need to speak with them! We simply want to make sure your requests are routed through the office so nothing slips through the cracks and your garage door needs are handled in a timely manner.
Rachel is in the office and happy to help. If she doesn't answer, please leave a detailed voicemail or send a text to the office line. As Michael's wife and a mom to two little ones, she's often balancing office duties and family life (the fun of a family business! 😊), but she'll get back to you as soon as possible.
