We’re proud to recognize Arturo incredible growth at AEF Concrete!

Arturo joined our team as a mechanic assistant while completing his studies in Diesel and Truck Service Technology. He then earned his Class A commercial driver’s license and began driving and operating one of our slinger trucks.

A few months ago, Arturo took on a new challenge: learning to operate our concrete pump truck. With guidance and training from Jason, our experienced pump operator, Arturo continued developing his skills—and a few days ago, he successfully completed his first home slab on his own!

Congratulations, Arturo! We’re incredibly proud of your hard work, dedication, and continued growth. We can’t wait to see what you accomplish next!
