TIPS FOR HIRING A SNOW REMOVAL SERVICE:

1. Sign up for a pre paid service, or set up to have snow removal automatically at a pre determined snow fall amount
2. If you dont do #1, contact your snow removal provider BEFORE it snows, or before it stops snowing. Most snow removal services start their routes once accumulation has ended. Get put on their list before they start making their routes. This ensures the quickest service, and ensures you get their best rate (ie, if they just finished their jobs in your area, and need to back track to get to you, they may charge a higher fee!)
3. Doing 1 or 2 is the best practice for a cleaner drive or parking lot. Getting the snow off quickly before it freezes, or melts then freezes, or before its been driven on several times and packed down, is the best way to get a clean surface. Waiting a day or 2 often results in ice / packed snow left in areas after plowed.
