Sometimes, doing the right thing means doing less business.

A customer recently had a flooded crawl space. One of our technicians took the time to check it out and quickly realized the situation didn’t necessarily call for our services.

He could have easily turned it into a job.

Instead, he chose to do what was in the customer’s best interest.

And when he brought it to our owners, they backed his decision 100%.

STATE OF EMERGENCY DECLARED ⚠️

Hamilton County Commissioners have declared a State of Emergency as flooding continues to worsen. More than 30 roads are closed, the County is now under a Travel Watch, and the White River is expected to crest near 20 feet early Saturday - potentially higher with more rain in the forecast.

Please limit travel, stay away from high water, and never drive around barricades or through flooded roads.
