This whole back porch and covered patio was strategically designed around this 150 year old oak tree! Very unique project with tight quarters and strict zoning restrictions. Great design by Victoria Feldman who has designed several projects for us over the last few years. She used literally every inch allowed by the county to give the customer as much space as possible! Also, Joe Maines Masonry did a beautiful job with the stone patio and then came back once we were finished with the construction to apply a sealer. It looks great. Really nice family to work with and we are excited to return this summer to build a front porch!

Fun times doing something a little different! We helped our friend construct this structure on his property. He will be using it to park his trailers and equipment under. Still some more work to be done here but our part is over. We had a really fun time with this one! ✌️

We’re in the middle of a real fun project in Alexandria! Three porches on one house! Still working on the framing at this point. The recent snow and cold temperatures have held us up but it’s been a beautiful week and felt good to get back at it! I will post more pictures once the job is complete but wanted to share a few for now!

Over the summer we finished off a basement in Free Union, VA. Beautiful spot way up on top of the mountain. Beautiful scenery and saw a bear one day! We roughed everything in for ansauna that the customer assembled. Had to rebuild the basement stairs and put in a landing. Also had to install a egress window to meet code for a basement bedroom. Also re-plumbed the whole house in cpvc piping. Fun project and really cool cabin!

Just finished up a big siding job! Whole house - all new vinyl siding, metal wrap soffits and trim, all new gutters and downspouts. We replaced 4 windows (others had beed replaced previously) and we installed new columns on front porch with new pvc column wraps and cap and base trims. It was great working with and getting to know the homeowners. Really nice family and they were very generous to me and my guys. Thankful for this job!

Went back last week and framed in the underneath of the deck and attached 1x6 pvc boards to close off underneath.

Just finished up a nice deck! Trex select saddle decking with wolf vinyl railings. It was a cold week out there, unfortunately the back yard doesn’t get much sun . Really happy with how this turned out and sounds like we will be going back to close in the underneath soon. More pictures to come ….
