We are a Licensed General Contracting company, specializing in commercial interior tenant build-outs. We work with over 8 major Property owner/real estate management companies, and remain on their bid lists due to our high quality and efficient work, as well as the honest work ethic of our team. CHECK THIS OUT ⚒️

We transformed an existing shell space at 735 N Main St, Suite 100, Alpharetta, GA into a fully operational Just Love Coffee café, bringing over 1,700 square feet to life. This project included customer seating areas, a new service counter, kitchen and prep spaces, restroom buildout, back-of-house support areas, custom interior finishes, equipment coordination, and many of the details needed to support daily café operations. It is always exciting to watch an empty space become a place where people can gather, work, and enjoy great coffee. ☕

Another Commercial Build-Out Delivered ✔️

Barre3 Interior Studio Build-Out in Cu***ng, Georgia

From demolition to studio-ready!

D&L Contracting completed a full interior tenant build-out for Barre3 in Cu***ng, transforming the space into a fully operational fitness studio. Scope included slab trenching for new plumbing, HVAC installation at deck level, electrical reconfiguration, and construction of new partition walls to support the updated layout.

Interior finishes feature polished concrete flooring, acoustical ceilings, upgraded lighting, custom millwork with quartz countertops, mirrored walls, and the installation of Barre3’s signature barres.
