CDL Truck Drivers (Class A)
Job Type: Full-Time
We’re looking for reliable and safety-driven CDL Drivers (Class A) to support our growing construction and transport operations. If you have experience hauling materials, operating commercial vehicles, and working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
• Valid Class A
• 1–2+ years of commercial driving experience (construction/equipment hauling preferred)
• Clean driving record
What You’ll Do
• Operate commercial vehicles, including dump trucks, flatbeds, lowboys, and box trucks
• Transport construction materials, aggregates, equipment, and debris safely and efficiently
• Perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections and ensure DOT compliance
• Secure loads using chains, straps, binders, and tarps
• Maintain accurate logs, tickets, and delivery records
• Follow all safety regulations (DOT, FMCSA, OSHA)
• Coordinate with dispatch, supervisors, and job site crews
• Assist with loading/unloading and general site support as needed
• Knowledge of DOT safety regulations
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check
• Strong work ethic and reliability

Crane Mechanic
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Crane Mechanic to join our service team. This role is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of cranes and lifting equipment, including hydraulic, mobile, and truck mounted cranes. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and hydraulic knowledge, experience with crane systems, and a commitment to safety and high quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on cranes
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and load testing support
• Troubleshoot engines, control systems, booms, winches, and lifting components
• Conduct preventive maintenance in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
• Complete annual and periodic crane inspections (if certified)
• Maintain accurate service records, repair notes, and parts usage
• Communicate repair needs, timelines, and findings with supervisors and customers
• Ensure all work complies with OSHA, ANSI, and manufacturer safety standards
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience as a crane mechanic, heavy equipment technician, or related field
• Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, diesel engines, and electrical diagnostics
• Experience with brands such as Grove, Manitowoc, Liebherr, Terex, Tadano, or similar
• Ability to read schematics, service manuals, and diagnostic software
• NCCCO or manufacturer certifications are a plus
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred or willingness to obtain
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor or shop environments
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail

Outboard Engine / Boat Mechanic
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Outboard Engine / Boat Mechanic to join our team. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of outboard engines, marine systems, and small boats. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, hands on experience with modern outboard technologies, and a commitment to delivering high quality workmanship and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose and repair outboard engines (Yamaha, Mercury, Honda, Suzuki, etc.)
• Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, water pump replacements, tune ups, and lower unit service
• Troubleshoot electrical systems, fuel systems, cooling systems, and control systems
• Conduct rigging and installation of new outboard engines and accessories
• Inspect boats for mechanical or structural issues and recommend necessary repairs
• Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, and repair documentation
• Communicate clearly with service advisors, customers, and team members regarding repair needs and timelines
• Ensure all work meets safety and manufacturer standards
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience as a marine or outboard mechanic (preferred)
• Certification from Yamaha, Mercury, Honda, Suzuki, or other OEMs is a plus
• Strong understanding of 2 stroke and 4 stroke outboard engines
• Ability to read and interpret service manuals, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic tools
• Experience with marine electrical systems and rigging
• Valid driver’s license; boating experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor/warehouse environments
