Big shout out to Elite Concrete, Inc. for the beautiful new pad they are a great company to work with, their pride definitely shows!

****little FUN FACT our team unearthed painted rocks when cleaning out the courtyard from a student project years ago and were able to clean them up and rehome them in the dry river bed to still be enjoyed!!

FB friends as many of you know we use a government assisted work visa program called H2B, to help supply us with seasonal labor. Many of these guys have been coming to work for us 15+ years and now have sons and family coming also. If we don't get our visas it is not only hard on us but them as well.

If you would like to help us with the on going labor shortage, please post the below hashtag on your social media outlets as well. You may also share this post. We are working with lobbyists and will be doing a large hashtag movement today. We have been told that the next set of visas were to be released the first of April, then pushed to mid April, now pushed to end of April. Every week our guys are held is a set back for all parties involved!
