is a small family owned business that has been in operation since 2000. Brian Grace is the President/Owner and has been building custom homes and remodeling homes for over 20 years in the Norfolk, Virginia Beach and Chesapeake areas of Virginia. If you are looking to have a room renovated or your entire house, Mid-Atlantic can do the design work for you as well as the renovations. The renovations

can be extensive, like adding on an extra 1500 sq. or they can be small, like remodeling a bathroom or adding a deck. Mid-Atlantic does it all; roofs, siding, decks, windows, kitchen and bath remodels, painting, flooring, fencing etc. Mid-Atlantic also builds custom homes. They are a proud member of the East Beach Builders Guild and have built over ten homes in the East Beach Neighborhood in Norfolk, Virginia. Mid-Atlantic can provide you with floor plans to chose from for your custom home or they can build from plans you provide. Brian prides himself on customer satisfaction so he keeps you abreast through the entire building process. He will offer you "cost saving" ideas during the building process and different options for you all within your building budget. Brian oversees the job daily to ensure your home is built on time and within budget. Mid-Atlantic relies on referrals from their clients so it is very important that all clients are 100% satisfied. Before and after picture of a home remodel we did in Bay Breeze Point. Extent of remodel includes new windows and doors, interior window trim, siding, paver driveway, pidgon roof over garage with standing seam metal roof, garage doors, some exterior lighting, and painted entire exterior of house.
