Today's features two incredible concrete professionals from Capital Concrete (dba Vulcan Materials Company).

Tina (left) is Capital Concrete’s production manager. With over 21 years of experience in the industry, she is an exceptional leader and a true advocate for safety and employee enrichment. Once joining the company, Tina was able to learn more about the industry through various departments, helping her get to where she is today.

Chrystal (right) is a concrete truck driver with Capital Concrete. Chrystal's experience with and love for trucks, as well as being outside, led her to obtain her CDL in 2021. Her role at Capital Concrete became her first driving job straight out of school. Growing up around trucks her whole life, she's found her true calling.

Let's applaud these amazing women for breaking barriers and inspiring others in the industry!
