From a recent job in Norfolk for Stephany Gawne. Here are her comments about the crpt: “We are so happy with the job Coach Roses team did on our front entryway! They were professional, detail-oriented, and completely transformed our front door it honestly looks brand new. The whole area feels refreshed and welcoming now, and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for quality work!”
This is the first part of our assignment for them:

Front door area (a VERY important area if selling in the near future or even for having guests visit!). Here is a few before, during and afters:
-secured the disconnected railings back to the house, scraped and painted them
-front stoop floor: scraped and painted.
-water damaged framing scraped and painted replaced the rotted wood with a new piece at the base
-side framing caulking renewed
-the damaged roof covering replaced
-secured the tops and bottoms of both railings (had pulled away from the wall)
-sanded and refreshed the front door
*we do repairs, wood and wallboard replacement, and can do many handyman-type jobs too! Check out our page here on FB for some of our work!

Big or small jobs, each painter keeps the same level of excellence the Coach Rose Painting Team is known for.
If you zoom in on the before pic, you can see the door was full of wrinkles, peeling and cracks in the seams. Both sides of the bottom of frame were rotted wood that opened up to fairly deep holes. Nicholas Fargardo reshaped the bottom of each frame to match the decorative pattern on the wood. The new color of the door (chosen by the homeowner) makes the door pop!

We also installed 3 outlets, a new light switch, a ceiling light, two vents and put up two towel racks!

A little work needed to perk this exterior job up here in Norfolk. MH Patch and Bondo for wood repair, caulking around the bases and in the gaps between the wood pieces on the posts/pillars , used H&C Concrete ready etching solution and then a clear coat of ClariShield sealer on the side porch concrete floor, major scraping and patching on the front porch floor and then painted with Benjamin Moore Porch and Floor paint, two cracks repaired above the front door, scraped and sanded off the vine prints and leveled the bottom cement piece on that side extended section. Used Benjamin Moore Regal Select Moorglo for the rest of the exterior painting. Nice work by Nicholas Fargardo!
