Here are before and after images of this detached garage. We undertook a major restoration project, removing and replacing all wood damaged by rot due to the use of untreated lumber. Following this, we conducted extensive carpentry repairs and replaced the cracked siding with new materials to ensure durability. As per the homeowner's request, we painted all columns, cornice, and trim around the garage. Our process began with a thorough power washing, followed by the application of putty and caulk to repair cracks. We then primed and painted the new siding to match the existing structure and applied two coats of paint to the trim, garage porch ceiling, columns, and concrete.
