Our collection routes operate from 5am to 5pm, and we do not have a set time for trash pickup. To ensure collection, please have your trash out the night before or by 5am. We understand that animals and wind can be a concern for not wanting to set trash out the night before. As a reminder, we have a policy in place for documenting missed trash collections. If our company misses a stop, we will communicate a plan to adjust accordingly, which may include credits or a possible collection in that area later that week. Please note that our truck routes rarely visit the same areas more than once a week. Thank you, Zack Dawdy
