What a transformation! 👇
When we first stepped into this old building, the entire floor had collapsed into the crawlspace. There was mud, standing water, rotted framing, and even plants growing inside. Most people would’ve walked away from it… but the owner had a vision, and we were excited to help bring it to life.
Over the past few months, we completely rebuilt this space from the ground up — literally.
✔ Removed the entire failing floor
✔ Brought in stone, moisture barrier, & insulation
✔ Framed a brand-new floor system
✔ Installed all new drywall, paint, trim, & flooring
✔ Replaced windows & added a new entry door
✔ New soffit & fascia
✔ New plumbing work
✔ Built a finished restroom
✔ Custom pallet-board ceilings
✔ Coffee bar + shelving + fresh layout throughout
Turning this once-abandoned room into a warm, clean, inviting coffee shop & retail space was a huge project — and we’re proud of how it turned out.
